The Charu Group of Companies has amassed extensive experience in various business sectors since its inception in 2000 with Charumindworks India Pvt. Ltd., an IT company. They came up with the innovative idea of creating the website "Indiaresult.com" to aid students in using technology to address the issue of publishing exam results. Indiaresults.com was the country's first dedicated website for posting academic results on an online portal, including schools and universities.

Mr. Saurabh Agarwal, the group’s chairman, is a torch-bearer and mentor to the organization. He has always been an extremely insightful man who apprehends a problem before it germinates and begins finding a solution for it. He has a side that keeps challenging the existing conventional norms of the industry & society and strives to make radical reforms to better people’s lives.

That was the era of 2k when he identified one of the most unseen and neglected issues of Indian students, who every day used to struggle & anxiously look for their exam results through newspapers or personally travel miles to the institutions, and eventually, most of them ended up in disappointment due to its inaccessibility. Even they suffered the uncertainty of the published results, largely because of printing glitches.

That problem made him restless, and he vowed to revolutionize the entire education results publishing system by bringing them onto a digital platform and making it accessible to all the students across India with a single click. He is the visionary man who set up the foundation and introduced his brainchild, IndiaResults.com, to the world.

He never looked back since then and created the dynamic empire of the Charu group. Still, a child's curiosity keeps him interested in improving the world through disruptive and innovative ideas. He possesses immense wisdom, which he has used to ride the crest of his success across the globe, inspiring countless others along the way. His experience spans over 30 years. He holds a computer engineering degree from one of India's finest and premier institutions.

MR. ATUL GUPTA

Mr. Atul Gupta, a first-generation entrepreneur, is serving as the managing director and CEO of the Charu Group. He is at the helm of Charu Group; with his prudent prowess, he leads it on the front foot and oversees a workforce of 400 people. Atul Gupta was always attracted to business and wanted to take it to cosmic heights.

In 2002, he established Charu Overseas, an invitation business. In 2003, as a result of his persistent efforts, unique approach, and unwavering dedication, he was able to establish 123weddingcards.com, a top-rated invitation design and printing service firm.

He soldiered through strenuous work and devotion to his customers to build reliable, long-lasting connections with them, allowing him to ultimately expand his business. This business endeavor opened the door for him to engage in international markets.

Charu Overseas has become the most popular brand in the US due to his persistent efforts and focused attention over many years. In 2019, he acquired Lemon Tree Stationery; an iconic brand in the customized invitation industry with a 40-year history of business and manufacturing in New York.

His views say life is about perpetual expansion and growth, not about staying stagnant. He released a line of women's clothes in 2016, Charu Fashions, with the intention of empowering and inspiring women to express themselves through fashion.

His latest initiative, “Urban Suites,” is an endeavor to position Charu Buildcon as India's prominent real estate company. He is now looking forward to expanding the business operations and adding more value to the lives of their customers.
